Presenter: Lorna Hegarty

Lorna Hegarty, CHRL, MCC, M.A., B.Sc., Ad. Ed. Dip., is the President of LCH Resources Ltd. For over 25 years, Lorna has had a successful career in Human Resources, having worked throughout Canada and the United States, as well as internationally.

She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a published author and has been invited to share her specialized knowledge in the media, on TV and radio, in addition to being published in the Toronto Star. Her expertise is diverse and includes her Certification in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Skills and Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Lorna specializes in conducting Leadership Programs and coaching individuals to become great leaders. In addition, Lorna is a Master Certified Trainer, certified by the Body Language Institute, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has spent many years in the corporate world in a variety of sectors. As a coach, she continues to successfully work with executives, teams, business owners, and individuals wanting to make meaningful change.
